Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hrs before the appointment, a fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

Rescheduling: There will be NO charge if an appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hrs before the appointment.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and/or have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule within the 24hrs prior to your service, you will be charged 20% of the scheduled service(s) cost at the time the appointment was booked.
