At VTran Beauty Academy, we believe that a comprehensive education in the beauty industry involves more than just technical skills. That's why our programs include instruction on marketing and business, in addition to hands-on training.
We understand that in today's competitive market, it's essential to have a solid understanding of marketing and business strategies in order to build a successful career in the beauty industry. Our curriculum includes instruction on creating a business plan, branding, social media marketing, customer service, and more. We want our students to have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the beauty industry, not just as technicians, but as entrepreneurs.
The objective is for our students at VTran Beauty Academy to be equipped with entrepreneurial skillsets as well as Nails/Esthetic techniques.
Business Training Business fundamentals such as:
- How to create a business plan - Defining who’s the ideal customer avatar - The problems the customers have and the solutions the business can provide.
Furthermore, the students learn: - How to create their budget along with their service menu and inventory list.
To conclude the process: - Students learn what paperwork to submit to State board prior to opening their suite or salon - How to achieve Grade A sanitation when State board comes for any inspection. Marketing fundamentals - How to create your personal brand - Brand awareness on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
Students will learn: - How to create and run a campaign - Create promotional plans at opening of the business - How to sustain a purpose/profit business.
